4,088 new listings hit the market in February 2022, a -11.8% change year-over-year. 

 

Closed Sales

3,626 properties closed in February 2022, a -1.6% change year-over-year. 

 

Average List Price

The average list price in the greater Charlotte market was $437,216, a +15.2% change year-over-year. 

 

Average Sales Price

The average final sales price in the greater Charlotte market was $407,812, a +19.6% change year-over-year. 

 

Days on Market

February 2022 saw an average of 23 days on market until a sale, a -28.1% change year-over-year. 

 

 

Inventory of Homes for Sale

2,283 available properties for sale at the close of February 2022, a -45.9% change year-over-year.
