Dilworth

Dilworth is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Charlotte. Established in the 1890s, Dilworth was Charlotte’s first streetcar suburb. Tree-lined streets are dotted with traditional craftsman homes full of character, as the majority of the neighborhood is designated as a historic district. Dilworth features plenty of neighborhood-favorite establishments like Fran’s Filling Station, 300 East, Ru Sans, and Paper Skyscraper, along with the immensely-popular annual Yiasou Greek Festival in September.
